I registered two children for the ********** Camp for a total cost of $500. The camp was cancelled on the day it was supposed to occur, 2022-09-11. I contacted ************************************ on 2022-09-23 because I had not seen a refund, and the organization replied (2022-09-27) that they would issue a credit adding that they would be trying to reschedule the camp. The camp has not been rescheduled. I contacted them again via email on 2022-11-20 with no reply. I emailed them again on 2022-12-15. I have also tried calling their phone number, but they have mot answered and their voice mailbox is full.Business response

We responded to the customer's email on December 15 and issued them a refund. Please see the attached emails and refund proof. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
