If there is a zero star, I would select it. There is absolutely no way to contact customer service. Phone number rings with a message all day without any answer, never a response to a sent email, and request submission will never allow for any selection because the items are still marked unavailable even after delivery. This company deserves a rating less than the * rating. I am at a loss because I have given up on trying to contact anyone from that company. I feel bad for the schools that are mandated to utilize the company.Review from Janice M

I urge schools to find another uniform company. I've never had as much of a hard time getting my children's uniforms before. Multiple calls to the main office were made, waited over two months for one sweater. Every time I called it was a different answer and the shipment kept getting delayed. Meanwhile my daughter had to go to school without a sweater, because of school policy.Review from As S

They are always out of stock. Ordering online isn't any better. Ordering online isnt any better. Might as well order your shorts in Nov for warmer weather. Maybe then you'll get your order for when you actually need it.I'm not sure why schools choose this place.Review from Carole F

Terrible company to do business with. School has been in since beginning of August and still don't have my granddaughters shirts. How can you not have shirts on stock to do. I bought ain ones and they are everywhere. Took a long time last year as well and they are iron on logos. Come on man. Pay over priced for short that take forever to get and iron on. Really Hope granddaughter don't grow to much at the rate we are waiting she may have next year.DENNIS Uniform Response

This is a terrible company! My uniform shirts have been back ordered for months and all I keep getting from them is that it's back ordered and they don't know when it will come in. Don't use them!DENNIS Uniform Response

Dennis Uniform has the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I placed an order May 8, 2024 for my granddaughter in the amount of almost $400.00 which I was immediately charged for. As of today I have not received my entire order which is ridiculous because I have already been charged for the entire order. The only communication I have had with the company is what I have initiated. All of their responses have been excuses and telling me they will contact the administrator at the school explaining why my granddaughter doesnt have her uniforms, which I doubt they did. I am not against uniforms I am just not happy with Dennis Uniforms. You are supposed to supply us with uniforms for our children so do your job and stop with all the excuses. By the way you dont have to reply to this review with your canned reply on being sorry for the delay and how hard you are working.DENNIS Uniform Response

Thank you for reaching out about the delays you have experienced with our company. A review of your order history shows that all 3 orders placed for shipment this year starting in May have been shipped and fulfilled. We will ship orders in multiple packages in order to get product to you faster.

I ordered uniforms for my children on July 16th 2024 I have not received them. My card has been charged for 11 items and have not received a tracking number. I have called over 10 times now and they say, my order is stuck and they can expedite it. Still nothing. I have asked to speak with a manager and they said someone could email or call me back 3 different times and still nothing from the manager. They said to email and a manager will look over my complaint. I emailed...a month later now still no response. I looked up the CEO to complain they was no contact info. I am behond irritated not just for my family, but for all the families trying to fallow the dress code for the school.DENNIS Uniform Response

Placed an order July 16, 2024. Was told I would receive in 2-3 weeks. Today is September 3, 2024 and still have not received my order. I received an email stating there is no ship date because my order is still on backorder. Im absolutely floored that a uniform company did not adequately prepare their inventory for the upcoming school year. This is what they do. Im not alone either, our school is sending out updates as well about supply issues with Dennis Uniforms because of the overwhelming amount of calls and emails they are receiving with concerns from other families that have not had their orders fulfilled either.
