We are so impressed with the installation of our walk-in shower; this company delivered everything the salesman promised and more. There was small need of drywall; Pacific Bath recognized this and contacted us to arrange a most professional drywaller who came in immediately and polished off for the nicest result.

When you chose to go with Pacific Bath to assist you with your bathroom upgrade, we made a promise to you that we would be your partner with this project. As your partner, we committed to doing everything we could for you having a beautiful walk-in shower upon completion of the project. Sometimes, this requires assisting in getting other professionals, like the drywall professional, to also assist with the completion of the project. At Pacific Bath, as part of process for gathering leads, we use third-party marketing companies who gather and provides us information received from individuals who might be interested in our products. These individuals have responded to marketing efforts of these third-party vendors versus responding to Pacific Baths internal marketing efforts. We received your information from one of these third-party marketing companies. This might be the reason why you did not know Pacific Bath would be calling you.
When we receive information that someone might be interested in our product, we try to contact that individual. *************** personnel will continue trying until we are able to contact the individual. Once we reach the individual and if the person is not interested, we stop calling the individual. Also, if the individual advises us not to call him/her, we put the person on our internal do no call list. As we were never able to connect with you, we continue to call you. Now that we know that you do not wish us to call you, we have put you on our internal do not call list.Review from Lisa L

We recently had Pacific Bath change our very tall soaking tub to a walk in shower. this is the second time we have had them convert a tub to shower for us. We have confidence in the ****** products they use and the wall finishes are beautiful. We were very pleased with their professionalism and the workmen were easy to work with . We were able to customize exactly what we wanted for fixtures, shower heads and material colors. We will not hesitate to use them again.Pacific Bath Company Response

****, the installer did a fantastic job, even working around some hiccups that were not his fault. He is a magician when it came to problem solving and making sure everything worked. I would give him a 10 if I could. Ours was a walk in shower installed at our beach home. Looks fantastic but most importantly, **** made sure the 'behind the walls' were sufficiently strong, made sure the seat and the bars were strengthened. The hand held shower is the best and I would strongly recommend the 'locker niches' as they look so good and they hold all the things you want, including a razor! The shelves come out easily and are dishwasher safe for cleaning. I highly recommend this shower!Pacific Bath Company Response

When you're such a professional, as **** is, hiccups don't stop you. At Pacific Bath, we tear out the old bathing system to the studs to ensure that there will be no surprises with the new walk-in shower. When we do open of the walls, sometimes hiccups arise because there is no way of knowing what exists behind those old bathing systems. Each of Pacific Bath's walk-in showers are tailored to the needs and preferences of our customers. So, thank you for describing some of the features that are part of your new Kohler walk-in shower. **** and ***** did an outstanding job on this shower install for us seniors. Pluming was very well installed on my inspection and poor **** had to do all the rest of the final install. All three fellows were very friendly and polite when i asked a question. and joked a lot thru the install. **** especially was very knowledgeable and a perfectionist on making all the pieces fit perfect. He then gave both of us a operation demo of how to operate the controls, seat, and hand held shower head. Tks for the fishing info on the ***** river too.Pacific Bath Company Response

The crew arrived on time. Got directly to work on tear-out of existing tub. The space was a little larger than standard. They did a great job of putting the new unit in place! Good job of clean up. We really like the new unit!Pacific Bath Company Response

At Pacific Bath, each project is unique based on the needs and preferences of our customers. We do not just put a cover over an old bathing system. So, if a customer wants a bigger bathing system, it is not an issue for our professional installers. We are happy you really like your new bathing system.
