Many times now, over 20 times, I have been overcharged at the window. Usually, I get the same thing, three chicken tacos which now is $9.50. Usually, I get charged $9.50. But there is one man, who is a taller middle-aged man, who always over-charges me. Usually, the over charge is 50 cents or a dollar, and I let it go as it's just not worth the trouble. But lately it's been as high is $18. Each time I very courteously ask why at the window, and the man slams the window shut. Last week when this happened I tried calling, again very courteously as I was not mad, I simply care about my favorite place to get food in *******. Five times over 3 days I tried calling, each time they would hang up on me. I would get out, "Hi, this is ******, I'm a loyal customer, and ..." CLICK. So I thought I'd reach out to you here as I could find no other way to contact you. So, again, many times I've been over charged a small amount which is fine, I consider it a tip. But lately it's been $15, or $17 and this last time $18 all for the same thing. I don't know why this is happening. But I cannot in good faith continue going to *********'s if this is going to continue, and that makes me very sad. I posted about this in a local community group and three other people responded saying they have experienced the same thing. Thank you.Business response
