Transaction occurred on October 9th. I spent ****** on a firearm from Guns.com that was then transferred to Tick Lickers so I could pick it up. However upon picking it up my background check was delayed. Not denied or approved, just delayed. In ****** if a firearm is not denied in 3 days, I am able to pick it up and take possession. The store refused to do so. They also refused to transfer the gun to another store.All I would like is either the gun transfer to me or $****** which is the price of the gun I purchased.Customer response
