I bought cheese that molded 1 1/2 months before the expiration date. The expiration date says February 04, 2024. I tried to use it in December 2023. I ** would like to get a refund or replacement.Business response

Mudslide ice cream contains peanut oil but does not state in the allergen warnings that it contains nuts, only egg, milk, and soy. This could kill someone and is incredibly dangerous.Business response

Thank you for sharing this concern. Please be assured that we take the quality and safety of our products extremely seriously. Please also be assured that we are fully compliant with Federal labeling requirements.
The peanut oil you see listed on our ingredients label for Tillamook Mudslide is used as an ingredient to make the fudge pieces in this ice cream. It is a highly refined peanut oil that is often safe for consumption by individuals with sensitivities to peanuts.
We do list peanut oil under the ingredients list on our product packaging, but the *** does not require that highly refined peanut oil like this be listed as a major allergen under the allergens disclaimer on product packaging.
While highly refined peanut oil is not considered a major allergen under Federal allergen labeling requirements at this time, you may wish to consult with your doctor if you have any uncertainties or questions about whether it is safe for you and/or your family. We would also note for your reference in case it is helpful, that these same fudge pieces from Tillamook Mudslide are also present in our Malted Moo Shake and Mint Chocolate Chip recipes (therefore this same highly refined peanut oil is present on the ingredients list for those products).Initial Complaint

I bought Monster Cookie ice cream from Vons for $4.99. There were no candy pieces in the ice cream, contrary to the label's promise of candy pieces.I complained on ******* and they agreed to send me a coupon for a replacement ice cream.I received a coupon for cheese and not ice cream.I want a replacement for the product I purchased, not cheese.Also, very concerned by the extreme lack of quality control related to the product and the customer service.Business response

I purchased Tillamook Old Fashioned ********************* cream from Kroger in *******, ** on September 11, 2022. When I opened the carton, I noticed the ice cream not being filled to the top. It was only 3/4 full. I weighed it to see if was 48 oz (1.5 qt) as advertised on the carton. It only weighed 1 lb. 14oz (30 oz) and that included the carton! When I purchase something, I expect to get what is advertised. I paid $5.99 for the carton of ice cream, and I would like to be reimbursed. Ive tried to reach out to Tillamook, but they have not returned my calls or emails. I emailed them from their website on September 12, 2022 and called them on September 13 and had to leave a voicemail. This is not good business, especially when they dont return customers calls/emails.Business response
