      I have been told several times for weeks now that my shipment will be delivered and they give me a time but they never show up. They have cost me thousands in lost business by their lies. This company is clearly a scam and not a single thing they say can be trusted. They should be shut down for fraud.

      I ordered a bathroom vanity on 10/9/2022 from *********** The supplier ******************* shipped it on 10/12/2022 via Reddaway. The tracking page on Reddaway (and *********** showed that Reddaway took possession of the package on 10/12/2022 and it arrived at their facility.It has been sitting at their facility since 10/13/2022, that makes it 10 days as of writing this complaint.The original delivery date was 10/17/2022. I started my bathroom remodel project keeping these delivery timelines in mind. Now my bathroom is all done, but there is no vanity and the bathroom is unusable.I called Reddaway customer service twice and they kept saying that they are awaiting a response from the terminal manager and have no updates. They promised they would put it on priority and get the shipment to me by 10/22, but their site is still showing the shipment sitting at their facility in ***********, **.I have attached the screenshots of the tracking information from the Reddaway and ********** sites.The tracking number of the package is: **********

      Date of transaction 05/02/2022 - we were quoted an amount of $******, and received a bill for ******, i contacted Reddaway and they told me it should be ******, a correction fee of 37, though it was their error, and a delivery fee of ***** on top of the ****** the next bill i got was ******. i contacted them several times, could never get a corrected bill or an explanation of why the bill was now ******. i finally cut a check for ****** on 10/11/22 it went in the mail 10/12/22. i got a letter yesterday from a collection agency saying we now owe $654.04? no new invoice, but we are expected to pay it? that doesnt seem right to me. this is for my business ************************* **********************************************************. i need some help in this matter. I cannot see how a business can charge me that much more than quoted with no explanation. Thank you

      In 2021 we had a rate agreement in place with Reddaway which started to be disregarded in June of that year. We were provided with no notice that the rate agreement had been or would be terminated. Unfortunately, our office staff paid several invoices without realizing that the fees charged did not match the agreed upon rate structure. This resulted in our company overpaying by $7,900 for freight services. We brought this to the attention of Reddaway and they did confirm the validity of our tariff and agreed to refund the $7,900. In the time it took us to realize that Reddaway had no intention of crediting our account or sending the refund we placed a few more shipments which totaled $3,600. After several months of attempting to work through this with Reddaway and being very clear that we could not pay the $3,600 until some resolution was achieved regarding the $7,900 credit, no progress has been made and Reddaway has now involved a collections agency.We have worked with many individuals representing Reddaway including our Account Manager, the Area Sales Director, two Revenue Specialists, and a trove of **************** Representatives and every one of them has worked rather diligently on this matter until a point. Then, without fail, they stop responding to phone calls and emails and then we have to start over. Each new representative is given the documentation, contact information and correspondence that was shared and took place with the previous representative and they never seem to discuss the matter with each other. Then they just stop engaging with us completely without providing any resolution or even a position on the matter.Atrocious and maddening customer service from ******************** and an apparent inability to ****** a collaborative business relationship with their customers.

      I have been told I will get my delivery for two days now.. I was promised by the terminal manager **** that it was going to come today and now that are moving it to another day again.I have missed two days of work to be here for this delivery based on THEM telling me it will be here. I have spent hours on the phone with them getting the run around. And then them telling me I can go pick it up myself?? Uhh you were paid to deliver it and told me I would have it for multiple days now.They owe me for missed work and having to deal with them! The tracking number for my shipment is **********

      We apologize for the delay in your shipment.  We are experiencing driver shortage in this area causing a delay in deliveries.  We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.  Our records do show that the delivery was made today.

      I am rejecting this response because:That is not an acceptable response at all. Your terminal managers personally promised that they would ensure it would be delivered day after day! They would understand that shortage when they guaranteed that it would go out. You caused me to miss work for three days based on your promises! You owe me for that time. Making excuses does not get you off the hook for making guarantees that caused me to lose wages.YOU are responsible for that.Sincerely,

      While your concerns are important to the carrier and have been addressed with the terminal, the carrier is not liable for special damages under any circumstances.  While Reddaway strives to make all our deliveries timely, issues prevented that from happening on this shipment.
