We registered our child for t ball in ******** ****** for the spring 2022 season. He was never assigned a coach. A few parents worked together to try and piece an experience together for the kids but it was a disaster. No oversight or support was provided by i9. We paid for a service that was not provided and we made multiple attempts to resolve this with i9 "staff" present at the field with no resolution. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any children's activity.Business response

We apologize for your experience this spring. We do rely on parent volunteers to coach our teams and unfortunately sometimes the sports experience is not up to the standard we expect. We have a 100% guaranteed satisfaction policy so we will always give a full refund to customers even after the season is over.
You will see a full refund to your credit card today. We also apologize that our on-field staff were not responsive to your complaints, and we will follow up with further training.
