In June/July of 2021, I contact Earth Appliances for a repair on my combo washer/dryer. **** come out to diagnose the issue on 7/9/2021 and claimed we needed to order a new dryer heating element. We paid $277 via check #*** to **** for the $69 diagnostic and $208 heating element. When he came back within the week to install, he claimed it was really just a quick wire repair and no need for the heating element. He said they would return the part and refund our monies, less shipping. I contact them in December and heard nothing back. I contacted them again in March 2022 and they said they never returned the part and they were trying to sell it. He said he could pay $50 a month until paid off starting the 20th of March and two weeks later, nothing.
