I have been charged $527.30 for wine since September and have not received any of it despite emails to the company on:11/6/21 - received no response 11/23/21 - received no response 1/13/22 - additional order was placed and 2nd charge was made 1/25/22 - was charged incorrectly for 2nd order 2/1/22 - was told "wine ships next week"2/17/22 - received no response asking why my wine hasn't arrived Additionally, I phoned the vineyard and spoke with ****** (who has been the recipient of all of my emails above) on 1/13 and spoke again with a gentleman in the tasting room on 1/21 I'm seeking a full refund for product not received and to cancel my membershipCustomer response

Thank you for your assistance with this. I was able to track down the owner of the vineyard who promptly dealt with this and apologized for her staffs lack of response and follow up. This has now been resolved.
