This company is a scam. We won a $1200 certificate and we wanted to purchase a door. Took 3 months for finding to come out and when ****** did he refuse to sell anything other than a steel door. We merely wanted a fiberglass door for our kitchen. He became angry, stood up and shook our hands and left. I called numerous times to have someone else come out to price a door. ******* called back and said they won't anyone to sell a for to us for at least a year. That they don't sell doors although it's on their site. This is a bait and switch operation.

We scheduled an appointment after Mr. and ******************* said they wanted an estimate on their door. After they showed our sales rep the door they wanted to replace and told him what they wanted, it became clear that they wanted a fiberglass door and we do not sell those. They mentioned to the sales rep that they saw fiberglass doors on our website but we are not sure where the confusion is as our website only mentions the negative aspects of fiberglass doors and is clear that we carry only steel doors. It is possible they saw a fiberglass door on our manufacturer's website so the sales rep explained to them that the manufacturer of our door line does offer a fiberglass door but that fiberglass doors do not meet the quality standard that we set for our customers so we do not carry them. The rep then tried to explain why a steel door was a better option but they showed him a steel door they installed recently and made it very clear that they would only consider a fiberglass door. The homeowner got upset that we could not offer them the product that they wanted so our sales rep thanked them for their time and left the home. We don't always carry the products or services that all homeowners want and not everyone who meets with our company decides to purchase services from us so our rep did not become angry with the homeowner because this is a normal part of doing business. They mention calling multiple times to try to get us to sell them a door however we do not carry the product they want and do not wish to waste any more of this homeowner's time. We wish Mr. and ******************* good luck with their project.

There are multiple issues with this company. First, we were misled in pricing for our windows. When we got a call from our financing company they told us what the price was, which was approximately $7,000 more than we were quoted. Secondly, the craftsmanship of their work was shoddy at best. Being a carpenter myself, if I did work like they did, I would be embarrassed of it. Even after a “supervisor” looked at the work he defended the work like it was the best. But, some things he said he would have to come back out and fix. As a carpenter, I’ve only ever seen work like this from people who had no idea what they were doing. Thirdly, when confronted about about the price they said there wasn’t anything they could do to work things out. I told them I didn’t want the windows and they didn’t want them back or take them back since I told them I didn’t want them anymore. They are a terrible company to deal with. I will not be doing business with them again and I will make sure I tell everyone to stay away from them.

************** is claiming that we mis-led him about the price of his project. They came to our office after the project was already completed and claimed they were told the project would cost $1500 for 5 high-end triple pane windows. If ************** is a *********, he knows nobody can install a high-end triple pane window with deadbolts for $300 each, especially since COVID inflation has caused the price of all materials to skyrocket (vinyl increased 22%, glass increased 54%, shipping increased 56%, all of which was industry wide). Then he filed a complaint with the finance company first claiming that he thought the cost was $1500, then later telling them he thought the cost was $2000 (we have documentation of this from the finance company). When I asked him why he signed both a contract and financing paperwork that reflected the total cost that he paid at the end, he had nothing to say. As far as the claim that we did bad work, the only legitimate complaint ************** had when we inspected the installer's work was some capping that was done a little sloppy and while we've attempted to fix this multiple times, he keeps cancelling the appointment and refusing to respond to our attempts to reschedule (we also have documentation of this). He mis-led the finance company when he claimed the one window was less than 14 inches from the floor and was not installed to safety code when the window clearly was above the top of his couch. After having the windows installed, ************** wanted to give the windows back to us unless we lowered the price. This was and is a plan to try to get us to lower the price. The only legitimate problem is that 2 out of the 5 windows need to be recapped and we are waiting on his response to our attempts to schedule this appointment since this was scheduled to be done but he cancelled the appointment. ************** keeps putting us off because he said he can't take off work, however we made a special Saturday appointment that he also cancelled. In addition, since the repair is only on the outside of his home and *************** is at home, we offered to do it several times since nobody needs to be there and he tells us we do not have his permission to do so.
