I was charged $3,000 for a comprehensive laser course class & tattoo removal add on back in July 5, 2022. I was refunded for that class and recently was rebilled for that class in January 2023. I had a dispute claim processing that needed a signature of mine for further investigation in this claim, in which I provided. It was send to my home during the holidays and received late because of that. I am being charged with a $3,000 bill for a class that I have never taken when I canceled the class ahead of time. Why am I being rebilled for this. For the attachments below, as shown I gave an ample amount of time to cancel my classes & these are all the messages that occurred between ********* and myself.Business response

GGC Medical doing business as The Institute for Laser Medicine is an advanced certification school for estheticians and medical professionals. Once a student signs up for a class with us, they receive the course workbook and video links for the course they signed up for. This is the main reason we don't offer refunds. It is also told the student once they sign up that the course is non-refundable and they sign the agreement stating they understand that. The student did try and refund with her credit card company and once we submitted the signed agreement and the same written information I have provided here, we won the chargeback dispute. We have been in business over 10 years and have never had a BBB Complaint. We would still love for ****** to take a course with us and that has been said to her as well.
