In April I called the number for the company that installed our HVAC system at our Pocono home. **** answered and told me the old company was taken over. I set up an appointment because our blower was not shutting off. The system worked fine but it never shut down. **** came out and told us we needed a part and suggested adding a surge protector to the unit since it appeared the part we needed had been affected by a surge or lightning. We agreed. When the service person came back in turned out the part was wrong but installed the surge protector. Our compressor did not work after that installation. We patiently waited for the part, but because calling after a couple of weeks. At first calls were returned asking us to be patient. Then all communication ended. Numerous messages have been left for ****** and *********, however no one calls us back.
