This company was hired to do a small bathroom renovation on April 24, 2023. From the beginning, the business did not meet our expectations. When we initially hired this contractor, we got a call saying the boss would be out of the country for the first week, but he ensured his workers would be prepared to start on the expected date. In contrast, when they showed up, it seemed as if they had received no instruction on what to do. There was a significant language barrier that we were not made of aware of, which led to communication difficulties down the line. The workers would often leave the place a mess, once again in contrast to the expectations of cleanliness set out at the beginning. The workers consistently showed up late, took an excessive amount of breaks through the day, and required constant supervision from us, the homeowners. During the work, they broke the shower door, left many parts of the work incomplete, and did many parts of the work incorrectly. When they were taking the sheet rock off the wall, for example, they exposed holes in the floor, leading to lots of debris falling in, which could have consequences on our plumbing. They didn't take simple, proper precautions in general. The owner is unreasonable, dishonest, and very hard to reach. He did not come every day to supervise the job as he committed to at the outset. At the time of this complaint, much of the work has yet to be finished, despite receiving all of the money promised.

Hired to do a small bathroom remodel. Charged $3000 plus materials for the job, which were wasted and misused. They were sloppy, the work was incomplete, the business was unprofessional, and the workers were unable to communicate. The owner never came to supervise the work, so it was done incorrectly. The workers were never on time. They did not follow any expectations of cleanliness. The same tasks had to be done over and over again because it was never done correctly the first few times.

The work was done, on Jun 1st 2023. The amount of money to be paid was 425$ plus materials. They were contacted to replace a porch post that was rotted out. The dispute, the work is subpar. The post was cut too short to support the porch it was stored up with shims. There is a gap, where the porch meets the post. It was sealed properly, and is a visual eye sore. There was also a crack that developed because they didn’t support the porch when the old post was removed. They were able to seal it. The business has not tried to resolve the issue, and has threatened to take me to court.
