The company came out on Feb 16, 2022 to replace the entire roof for claim #********. The company's contract says that they will honor their own work for 2 years post completion of the project. I noticed water coming through the dryall in one of my rooms and upon opening up the walls realized that the roof is leaking. I called the company 4 times. September 21st at 9:09am, September 21st at 4:52pm, September 22nd at 3:55pm and Sept 27th at 11:46am. Each time I spoke to someone I was assured that I would get a call back from either *****, who would coordinate the schedule, or someone else who would be able to come out and look at things shortly. I never received a call back. Water is pouring into my home when it rains and the company has made no attempt to resolve the matter. If I attempt to get the issue repaired, it voids their warranty, so I am left to use other means (e-mails, etc.) to get them to co-operate and repair the roof leak

i signed contract with this company to replace my roof on 3 structures the gutters and new siding and trim around the windows and doors. the insurance company after much negociation finally committed and paid the amount that approved estimated the repair work for including a deposit of 1000 dollars from me for my deductable, the contract states the work will be done between 1/1/22 and 6/30/22 the owner has left a message on my voicemail claiming that the costs of materials has risen, they are 9000 dollars under cost, and the insurance company won t write any supplements. they wanted to redo the contract for roof and gutters only and i refused stating that this is the contract terms and work they wrote up to be done. i noticed also that the company s license expired in june as well as the permit they pulled in my township and the completion date. i have waited long enough after the winter to get the storm damage repaired they have not responded to a certified termination letter they received 7/2/22 i have left a message with the owner and the office to return my deposit money of 1000 immediately. as of 7/28/22 no response. i only want the refund as i stated to them many times before I take legal action. i am concerned that there is more damage to my home by their negligence and ignorant business practice i trusted them with the complete job and could have gotten this work done months ago as the neighborhood is flooded with storm chaser contractors.

      Hello,

In response to ************ complaint. The contract was signed by a representative who is no longer with the company. The contract has a notice of cancellation of three days. The contract for work was signed on 12/30/2021, which that date has well since expired. He is correct the materials have risen in price since the contract was signed eight months ago and it is impossible to do the work for the old pricing at this point. Yes, the permit has since expired which was purchased by our company in the amount of $1,755.00. The sales representative was paid on the job as well as the office staff working on it. At this point we agree to give the deductible payment of $1,000.00 back to ************ even though he is way past his right to cancel, funds have been paid on this job and we are frankly not obligated to do so hence the contract. As you can see this took some time since there is a lot involved. The check is in the mail and he should receive it within two- three days and resolve this issue immediately.

Our company license is not expired.

      Thank you for your time.

In 2019, men went from door to door in my neighborhood to let people know about possible roof damage due to hail storm. Like others, I entered into a contract with the company and a report was prepared for my insurance company. There were no problems prior to getting the new roof. Since that time there has been leaking in my bedroom. I notified the company several times. They indicate it is not their issue. I got my heating company to come out and review. They were able to see daylight from the attic. I contacted the roofers again. No action. I learned that there needs to caulking around the collars. Another roofer told me he could not do the work because most contracts forbid work by another company or it will invalidate the warranty. I do not want trouble, I only want the issue fixed so I will stop having a leak in my bedroom when there is heavy rain. I seek your support in resolving the issue. If I have to pay someone else to do it, I do not want to mess up the warranty. My recent calls and complaints have gone unanswered.

Thank you for reaching out. We were unaware this was still an issue. We have made contact with *** ***** and she is aware we will be out to address her concerns once the snow and rain settle.
