      This is the worst landscaping company my hoa has ever seen! We spent a year trying to get them to do the right thing only to do less, then half of what they were paid for. LITERALY!! Our comple has two parts. They would do the front and leave the back about 75% of the time. Do not hire these clowns.

      DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The company cut down a diseased palm but have yet to remove or grind down the tree stump. On 22Feb2024; was told they were going to “speak to the arborist”. To date, the stump has not been ground down or removed and no response from management. Side yard faces garages of neighbors across the street, after editing, moving grass, etc., they crew use leaf blowers and go around the neighbors driveways and blow all leaves, grass clippings and any debris in the street (including garbage) into my side yard and leave it for me to clean up. Though, it has been requested this practice stops the crew continues to use my land as a trash can.

      I spoke to the account manager and submitted request to the HOA to have this practice stopped. It still did not stop until I submitted this complaint. I am not sure who or why it was decided that it was ok to use leaf blowers around my neighbors garage and blow all clippings, leaves and debris into the street then into my yard but this is not acceptable. Just like blowing leaves from the street into my front yard is not acceptable. However, after submitting this complain last week they did not blow them into my yard. It is very sad that I have had to go to such lengths to get these practices to stop.

      DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THE INDY-WEST BRANCH THE WHOLE ENTITY IS CORRUPT!!! SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS OK!!! IF YOU REPORT SEXUAL HARASSMENT YOU GET WROTE UP, AND THEN TREATED LIKE SHIT BECAUSE YOU TOLD!!! THE SUPERVISOR WORKED THERE FOR YEARS AND HAD BEEN DOING IT TO EVERY FEMALE EMPLOYEE AT THAT BRANCH!!! INDY-WEST BRANCH HAS AN EMPLOYEE THEY KNOW IS ILLEGAL WORKING UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME!!! THEY WRITE LETTERS FOR HIS IMMIGRATION HEARINGS STATING HE IS EMPLOYED BY BRIGHTVIEW!!! SAID PERSON GOES AROUND TELLING ALL THE GUYS AT THE SHOP FEMALE EMPLOYEES TRY TO KISS HIM OR THIS OR THAT!!! AFTER SAYING SOMETHING SO MUCH HE WAS CONFRONTED ON BRIGHTVIEW PROPERTY BY TWO OF THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES HE WAS TALKING BAD THINGS ABOUT LIVE ON FACEBOOK!!!! HE RAN AND TOLD THE OFFICE WHOM REACH OUT TO HR!! NEEDLESS TO SAY MR ILLEGAL IS STILL THERE!! ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS FIRED THE OTHER IS STILL WAITING TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN TO HER!!! THIS ILLEGAL HAS BEEN CAUGHT STEALING COMPANY PROPERTY (GAS) ETC... NO WRTE UP NO WEEK SUSPENSION NOTHING HAPPENS TO HIM!!!!!! DO BETTER BRIGHTVIEW!!!!! (YES I GOT A LAWYER)

      We had equipment stolen from our garage by staff. We’re very disappointed and shocked that people trusted in our space are this untrustworthy. Management has yet to return our calls. And yes, we did email your communications department.

      Brightview contractor blow leaves on the curbs onto some residents’ front lawns; when confronted - no more edging or blowing of the leaves. So unprofessional- sad!

      Because of my complaints regarding damage -If you notice BrightView always respond with a robotic paragraph stating , "this is not our standard, please email us to resolve this issue????? They have our phone number and emails!! Which is why we're contacting the BBB! They have no intention of contacting you! It's just a ploy to save face bc they lost so many development contracts! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

      Good afternoon Brightview gave us a growth contract 2 years ago for the 405 freeway we source everything they needed when they asked for it but since Jessie rule started handle that job with Brian s***** they told us that they were missing plant material but we have all the sign receivers so they end up telling us the they weren’t going to pay the balance at these moment BrightView owe us 40k dollars actually it’s inland gardens who sent us the orders and now Jessie rule is asking for more credits to send them back seriously we don’t want to take any legal help but if brightview doesn't pay the balance we are going to get whatever it takes to get our money back please let me know if there is anything you need from us to help us recover our money and please watch the people you guys hired Jessie rule and brianns***** really doesn’t do there job at all These is Garcias Brothers Nursery LLC Thank you for your help

      The worst edging landscaping company ever. The landscaper took out not only the grass on top, but the underlying soil. It looks really bad. The landscaper edged way too much, over edged the lawn. A very bad edging job. I have photos. The job is unacceptable. I would not recommend BrightView Landscaping to friends or family. Please do better at edging and mowing lawns. Thank you.

      This is such a horrible company, DO NOT sign a contract with them! We are a senior development and this company has refused to pay for damages their work staff caused, even when they admit they were responsible! Management does not answer or return your calls! Once you sign their contract, you're locked in, they know it, and take advantage of older people! Google their reviews which speaks of BrightView's lack of integrity! Disgraceful!

      Complete Joke. Communication is non existent. the level of service gets worse every week. Re-signed with them back in June which was a big mistake. They have missed 4 cuts in that short amount of time and NOONE calls to let you know and when you call or email they don't respond or if they do they feed you a line of crap and don't make it right but still want to charge you even though there was no service provided. Repeatedly tell them about the same issues and have had multiple meetings with nothing to show for it. All i can say is GOOD LUCK if you hire them. They only got 1 star cause it wouldn't let me leave a big fat 0
