I purchased a ******* Pool Vaccum and 2 year extended warranty from Niagara Pools & Spas in April, 2021 and within the first month of use the vacuum stopped working properly. I brought the vacuum back to Niagara pools & Spas for repair. After a month, they returned the vacuum back to me but it was not repaired. I brought the vacuum back to them in July, 2021 and it has been in their possession since. They gave me a lower-grade “loaner” vacuum and power supply to use; however, it is not of the same quality of vacuum I originally purchased. I’ve tried calling their service department weekly since and only get a, “we are waiting on a part” from their customer service department. This is not true. I contacted the manufacturer who requested I send the original vacuum and power supply to them (the manufacturer) and they will repair or replace. Upon calling Niagara Pools & Supply, they no longer know where my original vacuum is and will not return my phone calls. This was a $3,500 purchase that needs to be reconciled.
