I ordered 40 engraved souvenir caps on August 23rd, 2022. I have not rec'd my order yet. I have contacted the business many times and no one is returning my calls. I have emailed the company as well and no response. I would like my product delivered asap.Business response

The product was mailed on 10-24-2022 please allow 7-10 business days. I apologize for the time it took, with covid a lot of stock was delayed. I hope to

This company is terrible. They sold me a defective product and falsely advertised their services. They are not responding to my calls or emails.Business response

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the oversight. You will notice a small token of our appreciation in your shipment--a free, engraved milk cap!!!
