I had called ********** in early September of 2021, because the facia had pulled away from my house and I wanted someone to come out to find the problem. They gave me the name of R2&C LLC and their phone number. When I called the company I told them about the facial and they gave me the name of L. F. He came out to look at my problem. He mentioned several things I needed done, one of which was that I had a hole in my roof that was slate. He said he would patch the hole that day as it was going to rain and he couldnt get back to finish the job until later. He said he patched the hole and charged me $525.00. Since I hadnt heard from L.F., I called a local roofer on March 12, 2022, to come and look at my problem. He took a picture of the repair L.F. made which consisted of a sheet of tar paper that he anchored down on each end with one piece of slate that he lifted from each end of the tar paper. ( One of the pieces of the slate slipped partially off the roof. )

We worked with Ms. * last fall and did a temporary patch on her roof because she was very upset and had water leakage into her home. On the initial call she said she had a "river running through her home." At this time, she was told our company are not roofers, nor are we insured for roofing, but we would look at it to be helpful and stop the leaks. The patch was only temporary and it was clearly communicated to Ms. * and she was told to call a certified roofing company as she needed a new roof. Our crews were there for a day for this temporary repair, provided all the materials and let her know she needed a new roof. After a harsh winter of snow, ice and rain, Ms. * called in March to ask if we would put on a new roof. In the months following the patching of the roof, she did not heed the advice and have a new roof installed. The patch was exposed to months of harsh weather, a temporary fix that was not expected nor meant to last through a ************ winter. I again communicated that we are not roofers and we are not insured for roofing. I gave her the name of roofing companies that are in our area, with great reputations. She kept asking for us to do her roof and we could not accommodate her request. Thank you.
