We visited Knoebels on 7/31/22. We purchased food from the food court. The employee didnt think our transaction went through and asked me to put our **** card in again. Employee said it went through. A few days later when my finance(******) checked our bank account she noticed it was taken out twice. Amount was $31.25. I spoke with a Sue K********(not sure it last name is spelled correctly) on 8/4/22, who said she was a manager. Said she would check into it. A few days later on 8/9 I called again and *** said she saw the double charge. Asked for my card number and said she now refunded it. ****** called Sue again on 8/12 to Let her know we still did not see the refund to our account. She said give it a few more days to show up. Waited til 8/17 still no refund. ****** talked to Sue who said she would have a check mailed to us. Address was given to her. We have tried to get in touch with her several times since then and have only gotten her voice Mail. Left messages. Leaving the last one today 9/9/22. We have been very understanding and patient with her. Mistakes happen. All we ask is for our refund. If you try to contact me and I don't answer I give permission for you to talk to my finance ************************* ************. Thank you *************************
