I paid for a physical for Chiropractic services. I never received the $50 physical. Just placed me on the table and laid me down for 5 minutes and see you next time. I have tried to work with them but nothing. Physical %50 treatment $10Business response

If a patient is unhappy with the care or treatment they have received, we welcome the opportunity to discuss these concerns directly with the patient.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I can find no number on my complaint,so I hope you know what I am referring to.
The reason I turned down the request was I had already spoken with them about a few days after things happened
and was told they were not going to reimburse me, so there would be no need to speak to them again. All I got was excuse after excuse no matter what I brought up. So if I can put some sort of bad report on them then that's what I would like to do.Regards,
