I paid online for purchase sectional sofa ************* on July 27, 2021 Amount of $2295. Paid to Contemporary Plan modern furniture outlet. I haven’t received my order! Almost 1 year. I tried to contact the company many time. For beginner they promised to send me my order when product will be in stock. Although the sofa (**** ******* )was available when ordering. I have paid extra money ($595) to get a LEGIT Italian Leather ! When I mad e the purchased I asked the sell person on the phone if I have any material (Leather) issues do I have a warranty on it ? He said YES but I had had sent emails with pictures to notify the issues on leather material with them. Unfortunately, they haven’t respond me back as they supposed to be follow. **** ******I disagree of they response because I asked them if I have a warranty on his products as sell it in the market and they said YES so I believe them as company protocol. I spent more money to get better quality of the leather as they said paying extra you will get top of line quality. They are dishonest because I had had been trying to contact them via calls, emails and not respond from them. Now they said that warranty is over that at one point I’ve been trying to talk to them of the leather issues !! I felt that they said something accountable to sell it the product that is not honest at all. I attached (2) emails that I us sent to them but not answer from this company.

I spoke with manager(MIKE) if I am not mistaken his name ! I asked him before I submitted it and he said that it would not be a problem if any issues come after. As his recommendations he told to pay extra to get better quality on ITALIAN LEATHER so I followed his recommendations I paid extra money but it didn’t last of what he said. As record I had sent pictures to inform them. Unfortunately, they didn’t respond my emails or called. It’s FAIR on my end to have it replaced it or refund my money to my C/C. Contemporary Plan must be more honest of they sell to customers because they send me anything as warranty of the product!!
