I canceled my insurance over 2 months ago. The agency was given plenty of advance notice. I have been told many times by the agency that I will be getting my refund returned by the "end of the week." This has been going on for 2 months. I have not been issued any refund and I am very upset.Business response

State Farm corporate handles all refunds for cancellations. We processed everything on our end correctly and State Farm took care of getting the policy cancelled as well as any refund sent out. This process has nothing to do with the Jeremy Borrero State Farm Agency. Everything was handled correctly and there is nothing else we can do to help ******** ******Customer response
