Hello, I initially placed an order Jan 28, 2024 for a custom puffer vest. I was required to send in material for the vest in order to have it made. I never sent the material and the person never started making the vest. I reached out via email on 6/7/2024 inquiring about a refund. She agreed it was possible to get a refund due to me not sending materials for the product. I did not receive a confirmation for the refund. On 6/20/2024 I sent a follow up email asking if I should be expecting a confirmation for the refund and still have not heard back. I last heard from her 6/7/2024 and I would just like my refund.Business response

I can go ahead and refund your order if the claim is dropped! I typically do not issue refunds for order changes, but I am happy to do so here. Once I receive a notification that the dispute/complaint is dropped, I will follow up with the refund! Please let me know!Customer response
