Hired them to move furniture to my new address. Damaged my driveway, damaged my bedroom furniture, damaged my power sofa, showed up 1.5 hrs late without an apology. ***, their "claims" guy, accused me of making it all up and threatened me & accused me of extortion. Refused to make it right.Business response

Forward Moving was 1.5 hours late for service for the job. The customer was reimbursed for his time immediately (that day). We are sorry for any inconvenience and and we are disappointed that you were dissatisfied in our service as we try to get the best hardworking young people to do the best they can for every customer but not everything goes perfectly everyday. Its all about how you handle it with the customer. This matter has been settled with *** and there is nothing further to say. Best of luck in your new home.Customer response
