Im having a very disappointing experience with PA Home Store. They delivered the wrong kitchen island and informed me that the one I ordered is not available in the color I chose, only after I confronted them about it. Additionally, the pantry delivery date has been repeatedly postponed without any valid reason. (Ordered 6 weeks ago) The staff and the owner have shown complete irresponsibility, and I have been repeatedly lied to about the delivery date. They refuse to offer any credit or compensation. I agree with Ed and sorry I didn't look here before I had to deal with this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away, is worth spending more if needed. The owner has no skills in conflict resolution and when they sold my item even after putting down half the money, suggested I should have to pay more for gas because he had to send another truck to get a new one. Save yourself the aggravation, there are more reparable companies to deal with. If I could give zero, I would although I would give a negative score if I could.Review from Ed S

This store is THE WORST. We ordered a 72 inch double bowl vanity two weeks ago Saturday. Total price of over $1,800. We were told that the vanity would be delivered the following Friday. We arranged our contractor’s work around the arrival of the vanity. That Thursday we received a call that our vanity had been sold and delivered to someone with a similar last name and that we would need to wait another two weeks for the vanity to be ordered and delivered. We were told that our only other option was to cancel the order. When we asked to speak to the owner or manager we were told no. When we asked to have the delivery fee waived because of their mistake and the extra cost we had to incur because of their mistake we were told no. The owner is a spineless coward who refuses to speak to customers on the phone. The staff is incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about their customers. This place is a horror show and if you do business there, you need to have your head examined. Buyer beware. We ended up ordering the exact same item from Home Depot on sale for $800 less with free delivery. It was very satisfying canceling the order from this shit hole.
