The vendor returned my check to close the pool. There is no explanation as to why it was returned.Business response

As a company we have the right to choose who we want to do business with and provide service to. ************ requested a pool closing in our online system which requires credit card payment upfront. Due to previous service issues we have had with this customer, we made the decision not to continue to do business with him and returned the money IN FULL that was paid by him. This was explained in writing in the attached 2 emails sent to him and a third time in person when he visited our retail store. When he came into the store, he was provided with a paper copy of the attachment AMIN2 and given the same explanation verbally so he is well aware of why the money was returned. The pool closing job was never started so there is nothing to "finish". We returned all of his money and thus canceled any agreement to service his pool.
