Refund and Exchange Policy
  • Merchandise received in good condition can not be canceled and is not returnable. No refunds are available. All furniture is thoroughly inspected at several key points in Raymour & Flanigan’s preparation and delivery process to make sure it's received in good condition. If customers have chosen to pick up their order from a showroom, Raymour & Flanigan encourages customers to inspect their item before taking possession.

    In the rare case that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before customer possession, Raymour & Flanigan recommends that customers notify the delivery team or a customer care representative of the damage immediately. For furniture, arrangements will be made for a qualified repair technician to come to a customer's home and correct the damage. For home décor, arrangements will be made to exchange the item. Please note: Raymour & Flanigan reserves the right to repair or replace customer furniture as deemed necessary and solely at their discretion.

    Area Rugs & Online-Only Labeled Product
    Rug & online-only labeled product exchanges and returns are handled by contacting Raymour & Flanigan’s customer care department at 1.866.383.4484. Please note: all returns require a restocking fee of 10% for accommodations.

    Return Policy
    Raymour & Flanigan thoroughly inspects all furniture at several key points in the preparation and delivery process to make sure it is received in good condition. If you are picking your furniture up yourself from one of our showrooms, Raymour & Flanigan encourages customers to inspect the items before taking possession. Unfortunately, Raymour & Flanigan is unable to process returns or refunds once its merchandise has been accepted by customers. Customers may cancel anytime up to the day of pick-up or delivery.

    In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before customer possession, customers are encouraged to notify the delivery team or a customer care representative immediately. For furniture, arrangements will be made for a qualified repair technician to come to your home and correct the damage. For home décor, arrangements will be made to exchange the item. Please note that Raymour & Flanigan reserves the right to repair or replace customer furniture as deemed necessary at their sole discretion.

    Online Only Product
    Raymour & Flanigan will accept a return of online merchandise if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that parts of customer merchandise arrived damaged, Raymour & Flanigan will attempt to provide replacement parts as quickly as possible. If they are unavailable, Raymour & Flanigan will replace the item for no charge.
    To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:
    Only items labeled "Available Online Only" qualify for return.
    A return request must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) by calling our Customer Care Center at 1.866.383.4484 (option 2).
    Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Assembled or modified items are unable to be returned.

    A restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise total will be applied to returned items.
    Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount (shipping costs will vary based on location and product size).
