I have tried to contact this business more than once. Even my bank put a stop to the payment and I switched debited cards. I haven't had my new debit card for 3 days and haven't even paid 1 bill with yet and some how they still charged $39.95 on my new card. I've called, and email them and I can't get them to answer me. How did they get my new debit card number if they aren't hackers? $40.00 doesn't seem like a lot of money but when you live paycheck to paycheck and have a disability child at home it's a lot of money. I don't know what else to do. This company is a scammer. I didn't give any kind of permission at all.Business response
