I have never had such a bad experience at a Harley Dealer before...and All Harley Dealers are bad after they get your money.I got hosed on my trade in. They showed me 3 papers saying what my terms were. When i got into the finance office to sign(an hour and a half after closing) and i should have read them again. They switched everything. BAIT AND SWITCH at its finest. Gave me $1500 less for my trade in than was discussed, and only adjusted other prices to get the sticker price down to what i wanted.As part of the sale, i told them i wanted a list of accessories switched over from my 2017 to the 2021 i was trading it for, and they happily agreed. I am still waiting on ******* to confirm the last 2 pieces or our contractual agreement. I bought the bike at the end of summer 2021, and did not get it back until end of fall/beginning of winter in VT. The plan changed about 3 times because he could not remember or return my calls..I got the lowest Quality stainless braided clutch cable available .they gave me my old(leaking) master cylinder back from my 2017, instead of the new(non leaking one) from the 2021..they returned the handlebars from my 2017 back to me, rather than the handlebars from the 2021 that were swapped for 16" apes..I was told my clutch and brake levers would not be available until January(still no follow up or confirmation on those parts)I was promised by ******* that i would be refunded for the shipping of the original 2017 parts to be put on the 2017 in place of the parts they were putting on the 2021. Never received a check and ******* will not return calls or emails.I now have a brand new bike with some of my old bikes problems(the leaky Master cylinder) which is honestly unacceptable. Keeping parts from my brand new bike, and returning parts they had me send instead....is completely unacceptable and beyond shady.
