I ordered from this business back in December 25, 2021. I have been emailing the owner trying to get my items and/or a refund. She has not contacted me. I choose not to file a complaint earlier because I wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt due to Covid. However her website is still up and I think she is still scamming others out of their money. As of today my order still shows as pending on her website.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company in March 2022 and was told that it would be 8-12 weeks before they could fulfill my order. It's now been over a year and they have not shipped my order, nor are they responding to any emails.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (#****) in the amount of $28.50 on 10/01/22. I sent the first email asking for a shipping update on 10/14/22 and received a response from Jennifer B**** on 10/17/22 stating they were sick with Covid and that orders will be shipped out in the next few days. I sent a second email on 11/03/22 asking again for a shipping update, and received no response. I sent a third request via their website help portal, (just in case for some reason they didn't receive my second one that was sent traditionally), on 12/05/22, and have not had a response, nor an automated reply from their system. And here we are. I'm not sure what to do when a business takes your money and then ignores you, and refuses to complete the order.Business response

This customer order has already been shipped and received by the customer. The product she ordered comes from France and it was shipped to her as soon as we received it from our supplier.Customer response

Signed up for the fabric of the month club on 11-26-21. I was aware there were delays on the fabric. Was told it could be delayed 8 to 12 weeks. I paid club dues on 11-26-21, 12-26-21, 1-26-22 and 2-26-22. I then cancelled my subscription to the club. I have yet to receive any fabric. I was told over a month ago that my fabric would be mailed out the next week. I would either like my fabric or my money back.Business response

Yes, I am behind on shipping orders and have been struggling to keep up with supply issues. My product is handmade and relies strictly on supply availability and I am a 1 person small business. So once I got backed up from not being able to get supplies, it’s been a struggle to catch up. I have now been able to get in the supplies needed to fulfill orders outstanding and am working on getting orders shipped out as quickly as possible. It is my goal to have all completed within the next 4 to 5 weeks. Please assure ******* that she will receive her fabric soon.Initial Complaint

I had ordered from cross stitch boutique in early dec 2021. I emailed her asking her if shipping were to be delayed to please let me know as I was thinking of moving to another state. It took my over 7 months just to receive my first order kept asking for updates from email no response. As of today I have emailed this company numerous time and still no response just more ads to purchase from her website. I have emailed several times this week as to where the whereabouts my fabric called Easter Parade as well as the pattern that I have not yet received is as well as an update for the fabric of the month (FOTM) I went on the website and the fabric that I had specifically purchased for a pattern I had ordered, not a fabric of the month, called a Easter Parade I bought and paid for is no longer available. That was order *****. Order placed December 10, 2021. I was also apart of the fabric of the month at ***** x 4 months order numbers January order number ***** for Feb order number *****, March order number ***** and April order number *****. I also ordered several patterns only just thinking it wouldnt take long to ship because I didnt have to wait for fabric yet I waited several more months and finally received all but one pattern called Spellbound in the order number *****. This pattern was *****. I am at my ends wit trying to contact this company with absolutely no response or remorse in keeping the money I had given her for goods and wont even give me the time of day to email me an update. As of now Id like a refund on all goods that are unfulfilled so I may purchase my goods from a more reputable and responsible business one I know who will respond to emails or email if delays are to happen. I definitely wont be purchasing from this consumer again and now would just like a refund so I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Please and thank your for your timeInitial Complaint

Have made several purchases with this company. First purchase on February 18, 2022. All but one item was in stock and ever offering sale prices on several of these items. Estimated shipping time was 8-10 weeks. I reached out to owner at 11 weeks. She rudely returned an email stating there was no ETA and it would be a very long time. Also restating that she doesn't do refunds for any reason. All that I am asking is for the items I have paid for (almost $200) or my money back. After reaching out to others in ******** groups, I have learnt that she is currently doing this to a lot of others. Also that she had done this same thing a few years ago with a different business name and never shipped the paid for items. Old business name was ******** *******. I have detailed screenshots and emails showing that she has no intention on providing my items. I included a list of the items on my original order. Screenshot from her newsletter. Her old business page on IG. As well as the same complaint from other. I can provide full documents if you need them.
