The bottle says the product is refundable. I purchased two bottles that were rancid. All as I want is the refund that's promised on the bottle if I'm not satisfied. I spoke to a very rude attitude customer service agent today that refused me a supervisor when she got rude to me. I bought the product for years I've never had this happen and all I want at this point is my money back because I had to go out by two more bottles. Thank youInitial Complaint

Purchased 2 large salads for an event. Requested that the cheese be placed in a separate container because of dairy allergies. Business ignored request even though they definitely received it because it was on the order form attached to the salads. Left messages at the business that were ignored. When I finally spoke with the manager, he mocked and laughed at me apparently confident there was nothing I could do about it.
