We contracted ************ to handle a water heater replacement on a property we are not local to. They replaced an 80-gallon water heater with a 50-gallon tank. The water heater then leaked two different times. When I asked **** why this might be happening, he said the water heater may be too small. At first, he said they replaced it with the same size tank, but then when he realized they didn't, he said I told him to install a smaller one! Rather than owning up to their mistake, he LIED. Something that a reputable company would have apologized for and corrected, he chose to lie. Now, our company is hiring another plumber to replace the incorrect-sized water heater ********** installed, AND paying for it as well. I would never use this company again. Unprofessional, unqualified and uninsured. Plumbing codes not followed. Reckless approach resulting in preventable damage to surrounding property.

We did an complete sewerline replacement for ******** she had 100yr old pipes that were broken and needed replaced her whole basement was full of sewage we stated to ******** that there will be extra dirt left over after were doing digging the yard up and she would have to hire a landscaper behind us to fix her yard or we gave her the option to pay an extra **** to have us hire a dump truck to clean the yard. She stated she didnt want to pay the extra **** and she would hire a landscaper. She also signed the contract stating she would hire a landscaper after. We fixed all her old pipes and cleaned out her basement with bleach she left us an amazing review on ****** so I dont know how this complaint came about today
