On 6/9/2022 i emailed the company wanting to purchase a custom belt and communicated with him until i made a decision on exactly what i wanted and he sent me the invoice on 7/25/2022. I was quoted $185 and on 7/28/2022 i paid the invoice which was $196.10 and on the invoice it said it was due by 8/1/2022. On 1/5/2023 I emailed him asking how far out he is on orders and got no reply. On 1/8/2023 i instagram messaged him asking how far out he was on orders which he replied with 3/4 weeks because i had not received any message or my belt yet. On 1/9/2023 i told him i had ordered a belt from him in July of 2022 and had not received it yet. He asked for my email which i gave him on 1/10/2023. I messed him on 1/13/2023 because he hadn’t replied to which he said he had lost my email and couldn’t send the belt but it was finished back when i ordered it. i sent him messages February 7th, 21st and 25th asking if it was shipped to which i never received a reply. I also emailed on 2/25/2023 asking if it had shipped yet and still received no reply. On 3/8/23 I emailed asking for a refund to which i still received no reply. On 3/19/2023 I emailed stating it would be my last time reaching out and if I didn’t receive a reply within the coming week id be filing a complaint with the BBB.
