October, 2020. I am a now 90 year old woman who was hospitalized when i was 89. When I was released from the hospital I was assigned a home health aid named Kiira from Revolutionary Home Health. Kiira was good in her duties but unfortunately one day, she came into my home with Tar on her shoes. Tar was transferred to my linoleum and carpet. She was able to clean up the linoleum but not the carpet. I contacted RHH & my daughter corresponded with Dandino A******* *********************@revolutionary.cc) who eventually sent out a carpet cleaner on 2 occasions but neither attempt worked and made matters worse. The carpet twine unravelled & and carpet repellent is gone so everything sticks to the carpet. This was during the height of covid. We asked for a better resolution since the carpet cleaning only further wrecked my carpet. On 2/22/21 Dandino said he was going to escalate my concern but we did not hear back from him. After several phone calls and emails, I was directed to an attorney for RHH who spoke & emailed to my daughter. My daughter expressed what I was asking for which was to replace the carpet. He asked for measurements. It was provided. 1 1/2 months went by W/O a response. Then a very nasty email was received from him to which we responded immediately. 2 weeks passed. I sent another email. Then a response saying that I did not get back to him. I forwarded my email that I had previously sent. Then BOOM, he ended ALL discussion of settlement. **********************************, Esq ************, Clarks Summit, PA Phone:**************. I am 90 & have never heard of an attorney ending all discussions. This is why this is past one year as I was trying to resolve this issue myself & during covid made it even more difficult. Due to my age and inability to type, my daughter *************************** has been typing and speaking on my behalf. It is her email that I have provided. Here is my Phone number ************. Please call if you have any questions.

In October of 2020, the Complainant's daughter complained of tar being tracked on her mom's carpet. We were immediately responsive to the complaint. We made no determination about the veracity of the complaint, but instead we tried to resolve the matter by sending out a professional carpet cleaner on two occasions. In a short period of time Complainant's daughter sent dozens of emails. The tone of the emails was almost immediately threatening. The font of the emails got larger and bolder. By way of example, one email, in large bold font, stated "Do I need to come to your office? Call every day? Email every day?" At that point we turned the matter over to our attorney.

In October of 2021, our attorney asked Complainant's daughter for measurements of the carpet, for a monetary demand and for justification of the demand. The Complainant provided the measurements only. In emails and telephone conversations with Complainant's daughter our attorney explained that the matter was not going to be resolved without a monetary demand and justification of that demand. Rather than provide a demand and justification, Complainant's daughter threatened to resume calling and emailing RHH. On November 29, 2021, Complainant's daughter said she would only get an estimate if we first agreed to replace the carpet. After several belligerent emails and phone calls from Complainant's daughter, our attorney advised Complainant's daughter that her mom's remedy was in the court and advised that her claim was governed by a 2-year statute of limitations. Complainant's daughter persisted to email and call our counsel. On December 14, 2021, our counsel emailed Complainant's daughter as follows: "I was not hired by you. Your tone is abrasive and serves no legitimate purpose. I am done discussing this with you. Any further email's; calls, ect. will be dealt with as harassment." Within minutes, the Complainant called our attorney and began berating him over the phone.

We attempted in good faith to resolve this but the Complainant and her daughter refuse to be civil.
