This company is a scam company . My order i have Been waiting for months was cancelled by one of their representatives (Andrew ) that he states was an accident . So now my order is cancelled and they said all they could do was order me a new couch and i would Have to wait months all over again for a mistake they made . They did not offer any money off my order they did not offer me anything but an attitude. This is the worst company to ever order something from please save yourself the headache with ordering from this company they will scam you and keep pushing your delivery date back .Initial Complaint

I purchased a 5 year warranty on my dinning room table I paid 170$ she told me if anything ever happens to the table or chairs meaning any scratches or broken pieces it could be replaced . Well For over a week now Ive been calling the number provided on my Yellow receipt and I also emailed them twice no response back . If I cant get the replacement table and chairs I would like my 170$ back for the warranty .Initial Complaint

Ordered Luvoni 6-Peice Dining Room set Order Number: **** Date: 11/4/2021 Informed that order would arrive mid December. called mid December to inquire and the gentlemen told me that he would look into my order and call me back with the status. I called back the next day because no one called me and he tole me that my order would not come until January sometime. I asked if he knew why and he said that it could be held up on some shipping container somewhere. I asked for a refund as that was an unacceptable response and he told me that they don't provide refunds but thier terms and conditions on the website, state otherwise.Initial Complaint

We buy furniture from this store they did not have. The item in the store ok they say it was at a warehouse 16 mile away we offerto pick it up because they say they can't deliver in an tell a month we offer to pick it up the refuse to refund our delivery fee that we payBusiness response
