      I went to laser perfection numerous times. I went for sculpt sure and ombre eyebrows. I let the tech know that, I didn't see realize. Also, I don't have my measurements or the excuse technician which she advised me given to me by email. I was advised by the other technician you have to get the sculpt sure at the max to see realize. Not at 3 and also my eyebrows were not done correctly because, I needed more hair which, I asked numerous times if my eyebrows were going to come out correctly. I ask for a refund and told no refund but you can have the Asia to fix them for you. I went for a second opinion and was told we don't fix for free. It's 600.00 which, I paid in full. The sculpt sure was 2880. Which totals to 3480.00? So BBB can you please help me to be refunded for the payment of the load which total in cash was 926.00 and eyebrows in cash of 600.00 and relief from this loan. So totals to 1526.00 Thank you,*************************

      Despite our best efforts to clearly explain the treatments and there potential outcome. I believe ******* ***** had unrealistic expectations.

      She stated in her complaint she was supposed to receive measurements via email that is false, no such thing was said. We do not take measurements prior to sculpture treatment.

      Sculpsure is not a weight loss solution. It is body contouring. People can still gain weight after receiving a sculpture treatment.

      She received two sculpture treatments. On average people need anywhere from 1-4. When she came in to receive her second treatment she stated her results were good from the first treatment. And at that point she was not even at her end result. I attached her before photos. I do not have after photos because she did not come in 3 months after last treatment as instructed.

      She never voiced any complaint with us regarding her sculpsure treatments in anyway shape or form.

      In regards of her ombre brows, from our perspective her outcome was great. I have attached before and after photos.

      She reached out to the technician who did her brows and stated she was unhappy with the amount of fading. Our technician reminded her, as she already explained this to her numerous times and it is in the paperwork she signed and received,less retention is to be expected with oil, sensitive skin. And she gave her a free treatment to accommodate her.

      Also explain to ******* when a client has sensitive skin you could only implant the pigment as much as their skin will allow. The skin becomes inflamed and red when receiving the treatment if you continue to traumatize the skin, trying to implant the pigment further you will hurt damage and scar the skin.

      ******* ***** told our technician she was going to reach out to us (Laser Perfection) about it, but she never did.

      As stated in the paperwork we cannot predict fading experience. That the amount of pigment retained or lost after initial application is not a reflection of the quality of work. Pigment retention varies with each person. And that oily skin results will appear softer and may require additional procedures.

      As stated in the paperwork she signed which I’ve attached copies of, No guarantees have been made regarding the procedures. That clinical results may vary depending on the individuals response to the treatment and compliance with pre-and post treatment instructions and recommendations. Also that the results may not meet her expectations.
      Also in paperwork she signed she acknowledges no guarantees either expressed or implied have been made regarding the outcomes of any treatment and/or procedures. That she understood it is impossible to make guarantees regarding the outcomes of any medical aesthetic treatment and/or procedures. And that she understood that she is financially responsible for all amounts due for services rendered and that there’s no refunds.
