On 12/11/2021, I paid $1200.00 to a Carlos P******** through ***** for a 11wk old pocket bully by the name of *****. After communicating through text and phone calls, he (P******) had promised to send the puppy by airplane to Columbia Regional Airport in Columbia, MO. I was provided a tracking number for *** ********, which is ***-********. In the tracking it said "puppy was to be delivered December 12, 2021 11:00am." I went to the airport and there was no puppy to be delivered. I then contacted Pizarro again and he said "he talked with ACM and due to weather they couldn't deliver, but instead the puppy was held in CA in transit." I then contacted ACM spoke with a man who didn't give his name, but told me "they don't deliver on Sundays but that I would need to pay the insurance fee." I called and spoke with Pizarro who stated "they needed an additional 890 dollars for insurance for puppy safety and that it is refundable after I recieve the puppy." I then explained to him that I didn't have the 890 dollars, but I could pay some of it. P****** and I agreed that I would pay him 350 dollars through ***** and he would cover the remaining amount. Then after I got the puppy and my refund of 890 dollars, I would promise him that I'd pay him back his money that he covered for me. I promised him and he said he paid it and I should be recieving the puppy Monday 12/13/2021. I still have not received my puppy. On his website it says if not satisfied with purchase, it is guranteed that puppy can be returned in 15 days and a full 100% refund issued to buyer. Last communication I had with P****** was at 11:17am on 12/13/21 and he texted "he was talking to ***." I haven't had any responses since then.Initial Complaint

My wife and I sent Pizarro pocket bullies $1000.00 for a puppy that we never received
