Hello my name is *************************** and I am currently experiencing some delays for tax year 2020. So I was advised to get assistance from Tax Payer Advocate Services within the IRS. I was assigned to Daphne D***** on February 07 2022 to assist me with my Tax issues, however I was advised that it may take up to 4weeks (30 calendar days for Daphne D***** to contact me. Well today is March 3rd 2022, the 4week period has come and gone and I still have not heard from Daphne D*****. This is so unprofessional & disappointed. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and just give the IRS for the 130th time to fix the issue myself which I've been unsuccessful. They tell me that they are not able to speak with me due to my case being assigned to Daphne D*****, the same person I have not heard from, the same person who had 30days to contact me and decided not to. So not only have I heard nothing from him but the Irs won't even speak with me, regarding my Taxes because of Mr. Daphne. This is so wrong on so many levels. Had I known I was gonna have to endure this, I wouldn't have NEVER reached out to these people and would of just hired my own attorney. I'm so disppointed.
