  I hired and worked with *****. There were several items proposed and quoted for a rental property. The lighting fixtures installed with no problem. The plumbing leaks where he indicated he repaired, merely cleaned pipe but there continues to be a slow leak. Lastly, I paid for a window 3 months ago and it was never installed. He will not return my calls or emails. I had no rush just asked for communication since I paid for merchandise ($220) and paid for plumbing repairs $1530 that were not actually completed. He did answer once after s month of trying to reach and said he’d call the next day with an update, that was over a month ago. Lack of response is totally unprofessional and caused me ro file this review and a complaint. Was hoping to have a long term business relationship for other renovations. And before you respond like you did to other complaint reviews saying we have wrong company, your telephone number listed on website matches same number on my estimate . So for the record no I am referring to the correct person and company. Your behavior and lack of response periodically is like a functioning addict. I wouldn’t want others to be scammed out of their hard working money like I did. I have been patient. Our estimate was 10/7/2022 and it is 1/04/2023 and you have not responded or returned my money if you don’t or couldn’t complete job. The plumbing is just a loss for me. Update 2/11/23, you have promised to install window I have paid for 3 weeks ago after finally responding and still have failed to communicate or fulfill your obligation. Your behavior is like someone with an addiction problem as you don’t follow through at all or just enough to give hope. I have asked to just have you deliver the window I have already paid you for as to have another contractor install and again no response. You should be ashamed and I am not surprised why you say you cannot find workers
