I went to Wade insurance to complete a title transfer. ********************************* is who did the process she was very rude during the entire process ultimately resulting in her putting the wrong address on my new title which led to me NEVER receiving my title all o have is a receipt no idea where my title is asked to speak to a manager as he laughed in my face telling me "**** happens contact penn dot" I have never recieved a title I am constantly being ran in circles by this company. They are very very rude and disrespectful taken my money and didnt render the proper service.Business response

To Whom It May Concern,
On August 6, 2022, *** ******** ****** came into our office to put a title in his name for a trailer he was purchasing. We processed his work in our office and sent it to PennDOT to be completed.
In October, he came into our office again saying he never received his title in the mail. Upon inspection of copies of the work, we noticed we had made an error with his address, and apologized to him for the mistake. We assumed full accountability for the error, and assured him that we would fix the mistake and pay to have a new title sent out to him as soon as possible. That day, we sent an error report to PennDOT along with a request for a new title. The DMV sent him a new title; however, they did not fix the address, so we had to send a request again.
The initial problem was due to an error in our office, which we apologized to *** ****** for. I understand the inconvenience of not having the title, however, we did everything we could on our end to rectify the mistake we made. Once we send paperwork to PennDOT for processing though, we cannot do anything to speed the process up.The correct title finally came back to our office this weekend, and he came into our office on Saturday, November 5 to pick it up. He was very appreciative when he came in and thanked us for all of our help.
We take great pride in our customer service in this office, and have a long-standing reputation of being friendly and cooperative with our customers. Our employees routinely go out of their way to help people with issues they may have, and I can assure you that nobody in our office would have spoken to *** ******** the way he is claiming we did in his complaint. At Wade Insurance, we do not feel your issue is ever "someone else's" problem. Whatever the case is, we are pleased to try our best to help you resolve it.
