Seamstress ****, Promised a full refund on 5/27/23 for my daughter’s Prom dress due to admitting “I have Failed you as Customer with my SKILL & CRAFT along with completion in full quality. You will receive a Full Refund. Do you have ***** Pay?” **** has only refunded $1,050. She still owes a $100 to honor a full refund. I reached out to her and received no response regarding the remaining balance owed. This experience ruined my daughter’s senior Prom. Her dressed split open at the prom totally humiliating her. ****, had 3 months to complete my daughter’s dress and finished it the day of Prom at 3:30pm. We were so inconvenienced by her unprofessionalism and lack of respect for our time. She caused so much stress and high anxiety throughout this whole process. My daughter and I drove back and forth to her store and wasted so much gas. My daughter had to reschedule several appointments for hair, nails, etc… We were late arriving to venue and lost a lot of money.Business response

This woman received a full refund of what she paid. The last $100 payment was paid on June 6th. Not only did I give her back a full refund. I asked for the gown back in which she said that was fair, but I just let it go. After I sent her all her money. I even gave her back a consultation fee. The gown was perfectly fine when it left the shop. Whatever happened once the gown left was out of my control. They was still able to take pictures have an entire send off with no issues with the gown. Who’s to say this wasn’t done purposely. I could have easily said I’ll give you a full refund when the gown is returned, you can’t go to ***** **** etc and ask for a full refund on a item without returning the product.
