I ordered a 36" cook top to replace an older 36" cook top. *******s sent a 30" cook top which would not fit in a 36" cutout..They failed to respond to my communication until I was told aver a week later that the right cook top would be delivered. When the time for delivery arrived there was no new or different cook top. I was told they must have left it at the office. Thinking I was being scammed I told the delivery men I would give them the smaller cook top when they delivered the right one. They never delivered the correct cooktop and then refused to refund my money.Initial Complaint

Order was placed on Dec 31, 2021, order # *******-****** purchased through *******.com. I paid $1496.92. The order was to ship a ********** ********** - Range to my address in brand new condition. The shipment arrived severly damaged via their courier service - ** **** delivery - tracking # ********. The damamge was not discovered until january 21, 2022 after I closed on my home the appliance was going to be installed and I finally unboxed the item to find it was damaged like it had fallen off a delivery truck. I contacted the seller (A1 Dealz) and they offered a $200 damage allowance which i refused because I purchased a brand new appliance and responded that I would like a replacement. A1 Dealz arranged a replacement saying their courier would pick it up Januaury 21, 2022. The courier did not arrive. I emailed A1 Dealz and they responded that the courier would pick up the damaged item when they deliver the replacement. i emailed about the delivery date for that and was provided a tracking # for ** **** delivery (tracking *****-*) I contacted ** **** Delivery with the tracking information provided and they did not recognize the tracking. I received a phone call from ** **** Delivery that they are charging a delivery fee of $226 for the replacement delivery which I refused to pay for damage that wasn't caused prior to delivery. The communication between the seller, their courier and I isn't getting to a resolution here and I would like to get a replacement or a refund.
