I went to maytree to get a product I have built up $30 in their point system which I did not understand I spoke to a manager before I came to the store and he told me I had $30 built up in points I can use towards purchase I had a $25 purchase I never $3 that I had on the books I didn't understand why they said I had to pay $5 so I wanted to ask if they could explain their tier system a little further in that process to managers one manager and one employee was very aggressive with me with hand gestures almost one of them almost spit on me guy getting so aggressive I asked if he would calm down did not ask for a supervisor they will not give me a number they accuse me of threatening threatening them and their employees I never did and I don't understand why they were calling me out in front of customers instead of pulling me aside it was a very embarrassing situation and they are not making any accountability for their actions I actually cried up leaving out the store and got a hug from one of the secretaries
