My old address is **** ******** ****** ** **** *******. I recently moved to this new address. October 1 was a year since I had my full facelift on every visit my face didn’t show that much improvement even though he took pictures my neck started hanging again after a couple months. And he gave me a shot of Botox, which didn’t do much and then my one cheek on the left side was not right. It was just a fat patch in the front. The back was all flat so he said he would go in and fix it, which I let him do and it did nothing. He did not correct it and then when I went back in July, I was complaining, yes, he told me that he would do both sides and redo it and I agreed but then I told him I don’t wanna go through all that pain again I might get the same results I gave him a chance to fix my cheek and it’s horrible looking I ask him to please credit my account Because he didn’t do a good job and they said no it’s revision surgery and they will not give any money back because it is free. In the first place, I ask him that I want to Dr. H******* not David D***** and they said that he was the best in that field to, and it worked an older woman , I really don’t want him to do the surgery again I don’t want to go through that again you can’t even see where I had anything done to my face. If anything I look over instead of 12 years younger and I feel I shouldn’t have to pay them any more money .Business response

All our patients sign our clear financial and surgical consents, which explain that all surgery does not have guaranteed outcomes, and that we provide non-refundable fee-for-service, much like a lawyer who requires payment for services, but cannot guarantee you will win your court case, or a personal trainer, who you pay to achieve physical fitness, but cannot guarantee that result.
However, we offer an exceptional surgical revision policy that is unmatched by nearly any other surgeon in the area.
Patients who request revision can have that revision surgery completely free of charge up to a year after their surgical procedure.
Most other surgeons require additional charges, but we value our patients satisfaction, and so we offer this generous revision policy to ensure optimal results even when unexpected things occur.
Nearly all of the small percentage of patients who experience results that they are dissatisfied with, find resolution after their small revision procedures, which can often be done with minimal downtime and under a local anesthetic.
It is unusual that patients refuse this opportunity unless they are satisfied with their results!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I wanted you to see how my full face look lifts looks after one year and I did give them a chance to fix it on the one side and he tried fixing my neck and I don’t want to go through all that pain again. They assured me that he would have no problem doing this surgery on an older woman that he has done it several timesand I just don’t think they should be paid and that’s what I’m adding

I called 10 times, emailed more than 5-6 times , filed a forms on their web site and so on but no response. Money were taken right the way.
