      I ordered collagen burn on Tuesday Oct 1st, paid over $9.00 extra for 2 day Fed Ex shipping. It is now Saturday Oct 5th and still no product or even a tracking number. I reached out to the company in 2 separate emails. Even sent a message on a supposed FB page with no response. I have called multiple times during their listed business hours and a generic voice message says that theyre closed. I feel like I was completely scammed.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. Unfriendly, unhelpful and full of excuses with no resolution or attempt to make up for the problems such as free expedited shipping or a discount.1. My autoship order was paid on 9/9/24 but was "unfulfilled" as of 9/19. I was quite rudely & nastily told by the *** that they had computer system problems at that time & orders were missed. But apparently, they didn't do any kind of audit of unshipped orders. She resubmitted my order but at the bottom of the day's que. I said that I understand tech issues occur, but could I please be bumped to the top of the list with expedited shipping. She just kept ***eating herself like a broken record. I had to insist she expedite it to the top of the day's que as it was already 10 days late. She said she did & also refused to give me expedited shipping.2. As of 9/23/24 my order was STILL showing "unfulfilled". After three phone calls and 15 minutes on hold, I finally got an answer, and it was the same ***. A bit friendlier, but still full of excuses & no extra help. I explained the *************** indicated the order was "processed" & I'd receive it in 3-5 days (same thing she said last phone call). She said the warehouse was working on completing "all the back orders". Would not offer expedited shipping or a discount.3. I inquired as to why the price was different (*****) on my July subscription order but was (******) for my September order. She explained the first subscription order offers a 20% discount, but the following orders only get 15%. And I explained that in both cases my order shows the words "20% discount". She said that's a text error that was supposed to be corrected and, no, it's 15% after the first order per the website. I said I don't care what the website states, my order shows it's supposed to be 20%. Once again, she ***eats herself and the excuses like a broken record.4. On 9/9 I first tried to chat and after 24 hours no one responded. On 9/23 the chat option was gone

      Purchased 3 containers of the multi collagen burn tropical punch and didn't like the taste. Their customer service did an even exchange on my order for the strawberry lemonade flavor (much better) even though one of the bottles was opened and they gave me a prepaid return label. I got my exchange 3 days after - super fast. Very friendly and responsive support.

      "Satisfaction guaranteed" is NOT true. Sure, they'll accept returns if you aren't satisfied but they charge you for the return! That isn't a satisfied guarantee! If your product doesn't work as advertised, which it doesn't, you need to stand by your product and offer a FREE return! Will never buy from this company again. NOT consumer friendly!

      I have had nothing but trouble from the Business and from Customer Service representatives, except for one nice female representative who cared to listen and provided proof with a photo that the Returns Department lied and claimed I was lying to prevent a return or exchange. And now on their advertising they have a Big 60 day money back guarantee graphic on their site, yet that is ONLY A ONE TIME REFUND, no matter what all else you have ordered! They told me over the phone it's in fine print in Terms and Conditions way down below their site and under Refunds. No one never had mentioned that to me at all last year having issues and now they hang up on you too! My container started getting lower and lower of product, not even a 30 day supply. I was on a subscription and I had to purchase another container of Multi Collagen + Protein to carry out the month. And still pay the same price as the fuller container' s used to be. No more refunds or exchanges from them anymore. WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with and they are VERY deceptive also, and their attitude was like that over the phone! I canceled my subscription and never dealing with them again! Ridiculous!

      Company sent too fast, I still had 2 cans, charged me$60 and when I returned it unopened, they said they never received it, which the rep predicted would happen! I am out sixty dollars and they will not refund my money. I sent proof and USPS pictures of return on Dec 4th. I’ve called many times and asked for management to no avail. Horrible business practices. D. Arms
