I purchase a product form warrdogz.com for $165.75 on January 31 2022. i have not received the product at all. I contacted them July 19 2022 and April 13 2022. i have called ************ twice. I have left a voicemail. I have even texted them like the answering machine advised me to do and still nothing. They did email me back on April 13 2022 but nothing has came in the mail. I now have a new mailing address and would like the product i purchased delivered there. The address I provide BBB. The order number is #****Initial Complaint

I paid for a custom rifle kit in March of 2021. They were build to order. Claimed 12 to 14 weeks. I had reached out numerous times to find out about my order and several times I was told they would be able to get it in the works within a few weeks. And then all of a sudden I was told it would be a few more. I have reached out to them several times recently and have not heard anything back from them. I would either like a refund or I would like what I laid for .Initial Complaint

On 3/18/21 I ordered an 80% rifle at the time I was told I believe 6 to 8 weeks wait time which I was ok with I waited 12 weeks and contacted them they said it was going to be a bit longer so I waited til around Christmas time and they told me that they would be starting on it soon and that is the last I heard from them I can no longer contact them there email doesn't work and neither does there phoneInitial Complaint

I placed an order via Warr Dogz website 27Apr2021 for $1142.49. Order #****. I knew per their website that the order could take a couple months due to supply chain issues however I first texted (per their website instructions) on 02Sep2021, at that point it was over double the lead time. I received no reply. I attempted to text and email multiple times after over the following year and a half and have not received a response at all - not even acknowledging my attempt to contact. Today, I was going to check on my order status and their website is down. I do know they indicated on the order that they couldn't guarantee lead times (understandable) so I have been very patient. I was really hoping my patience paid off and I would receive my order but at this point, which is 17 months after I placed the order. If I were to have received a response to any of my attempts to contact I would be satisfied. However, at this point I would just like my money back unless they can deliver in the next few weeks. I purchased an upper receiver in *** *****. Final payment was august 27th 2021. Since then i have called, emailed and text also on ******** to check status update on my order. No reply's in any way at all. recently the email address has been shut down, ******** account has closed and phone number is not working. I was very patient and emailed them a few times finally hearing back once in November 2021 Good Afternoon, The Deadpool builders sets were on Backorder when you ordered because we were awaiting some components of these sets. I place a orwith this warrdogz.com On January 17 2022 the company has made no contact since then. I've made multiple attempts to contact them with no response it's been 8 months since I've placed my order. As of late this company's phone is disconnected and the email address is disconnected as well so it seems to be fraudulent company and nobody should do business with warrdogz.comInitial Complaint

I ordered a rifle upper from this business on 11-15-20. I was informed that with Covid related backlogs, some orders were taking longer than usual to ship. Okay. Two months went by and I inquired about the status of the order in Jan 2021 and was told that the parts were being cerekoted and would ship soon. I inquired again in April and didn't get a response. I tried a few more times (text, email, phone) to inquire. I finally got a response via text in July saying that AR10 supplies were delayed and that they would be sending out my order soon. I waited some more. I checked again in Oct. and was told that they were waiting on bolt carrier groups ; this part is integral to the build and I would have thought that they would have already had it prior to cerekoting. This was starting to feel pretty fishy, as it has now been a year. I am seeing on ******** that other clients are complaining about their 4 month wait times, but that they have just received their rifle uppers; this means that they had their orders filled in less than half my wait time. I demand a refund. I get an auto response telling me that threatening emails will not be responded to. Their website begins to shut down frequently. They announce on their site that they are not accepting new orders. I can no longer call them or text, as the phone number is no longer viable. I have no further email contact other than auto responses. Finally in June , the website begins bouncing emails back to me saying the address cannot be found. I have contacted the PA DOS and have been informed that they intend to take no action- get a lawyer. I spent nearly $1300 on this part and have been totally scammed. They owners have left no way to contact them or get resolution. Buyer beware. All I wanted was the part I paid for.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 1/8/22 I ordered a custom AR upper and lower assembly at a purchase price of $493.59. I was given a lead time of 4-6 weeks. The website does say "pre-covid lead times". I have been trying to get in touch with them for 4 months now via email listed on their website, phone number listed on website (call and text), and ******** messenger. I have attempted to contact them 10+ times with zero response in 4 months. At the very least i would've settled for a response stating what was going on with my order or when i might receive it. The email is no longer valid and no one ever answers the phone so i can only assume at this point I'm not getting my order and they have taken my $493.59. My order number through them is ****.
