This is not how I like to do business. I tried to do this amicably but these guys don't play the game right at all. I didn't eat their free food or take their drinks as I was not there for a party. *********** gave me four Pre-Approval notices and I clearly chose wrong. I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from them now about 45 days ago. It was used, very low miles and some small blemishes but could be corrected, came correct with my down payment and in the end I think they simply sold me a vehicle they had a difficult time moving off the lot. Now you might ask why such a low number of stars in the review...well let's get to it. Before purchasing and leaving the lot I asked for the correct paint match to fix a small but very noticeable rust stain in the drivers door and the big scratch on the drivers door handle since; I also requested an owners manual (there wasn't one in the glove box) so I could properly reset the vehicles settings since they failed to do so and the previous owners setup was still in function. To add insult to injury, they took the car to put fuel in it and somehow got a nail in the tire only 1 day off the lot and gave me the business about fixing that, so I did it myself. The 30 warranty they give was trash as they did not want to fix anything. To date I still have not found the correct paint based on the VIN/manufacturer. Forget these guys including ******, Ace, and their sales manager. They are all in cahoots and will quickly pass the **** on each other and then on to you (I am choosing to use PC terms), there is nothing good about doing business with them. They think they can sell you a dumpster fire because Pennsylvania does not have a "No Lemon" law, which is BS itself since a vehicle is in fact a major purchase. A big thanks to the people from Mitsubishi who helped me with the electronics on the vehicle and Lemon Squad (a friend put me on to them).Review from Monica R

I brought in my parents that purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer cash money back in 2012 . Came to see Calvin he was very polite respectful and kind awesome customer service also a god fearing young man we came to an agreement with Mitsubishi repurchasing my parents vehicle. Calvin was very patient and overly experienced great asset to the Mitsubishi team. It was our pleasure meeting him and doing business with him. My catilac converter was stolen in November of 2021. My car was taken to Springfield Mitsubishi for service. After four months of the run around someone decided to speak with me regarding my vehicle which I haven’t seen since the car was towed to their location. I spoke with several people at that location because each one was more rude than the last. The one person I did finally speak with said I had to put money down to get the work done which was never explained in the beginning. April 18, I gave them more than 75% of the payment and the manager said the first week of June they will get the part and I should have my vehicle. I contacted them the second week of June and the same person I spoke with told me I have to wait to September and hung up.Review from Casey K

I have a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander that has been at the dealership service center since July 2021. Originally brought it there in June because the car was shaking and the service engine soon light was coming on. After about 2-3 weeks if the car being there, the manager at the time said it needed body work so I went and got that done. Two weeks later the same thing happened again so I had to get another tow back to the service center. The car has been there since July 8th 2021. I was told it needs a Wire Harness and an AC Compressor Sensor. I have gotten the run around being told the part should be here on this date, then no call back, no check in. Every time I've called it either goes to voicemail where you can't even leave a message or I am put on hold the dumped right back into the voicemail. Eventually that manager worked to get me a rental--which I actually had to find--and agreed Mistubishi would pay for it. About a month or so went by with no communication and the rental place called me to check in on what the latest was and said they could not get in touch with anyone from Mitsubishi. Called that manager back--no answer. Called the dealership and found out that manager was fired and a new manager was on staff. Was told that she would call me back. Of course, no call back so, I called the dealership and was told that they can only suggest i go to the service center myself and ask for the manager--SMH. I did so, and the new manager assured me she would have better communication and that the part should be there on the following Monday (i was there on Thursday, 10/21/21 speaking with her in person about this). Two weeks later--no answered calls or call back. Finally, after calling numerous times I spoke with the manager on 11/2/21 and was told she has to check with the service parts manager to see if the part was ordered for the next shipment (WHAT?!) I said okay fine please call me back. I have not heard back since. I've called, left messages and emailed her, twice. Now the rental is coming up to need an oil change and I need to ensure they will be setting me up with another rental in it's place until my car is fixed. I did call customer relations and started a case and was told twice when i called I would receive a call back--nothing. I called the service center again on 11/16/21 and was asked if I ordered the part yet--like WTF?! I told the gentleman I was speaking to on the phone the manager needs to call me back ASAP and the only reason it's there is because it is under warranty. The gentleman then said he needs to check if it under warranty--are you kidding me?! The only reason it is there is because it is under warranty ! And not to my surprise--NO CALL BACK. I am also nervous because it's been sitting there for 4 months and I am sure it has not been started at all and with winter coming up that's not going to be good. I really don't know what to do at this point. I understand with the pandemic everything is on back order but, there has to be some kind of solution here or at least better communication. I don't know what to believe from them at this point and I am paying for a car that I can't even use--and might even have more damage from just sitting around for so long. I was so excited when I purchased this vehicle and wanted to be a long term if not life long customer. I cannot wait to sell this car when I get it back and never be a Mitsubishi consumer again.
