Information reported to the credit bureaus from NCB management services is false. It's showing that *** is an original creditor to a debt collection on my transunion report. I have a vehicle that has been in my storage yard, I need a to get paid for storage, that has racked up storage fees for, I called and was given the round around, stating they can't speak to me, and I had this vehicle since 1/29/2022 with no one waiting to pay the storage fees, I can't do anything with this vehicle without a title, $19,900 in storage fees and the car is not worth that amount. this company doesn't reply to letters sent to them.NCB Management Services, Inc. Our phone lists missed call from his company. Called back but no answer. Looked up 800# on web for the *************** it, but they have no idea why the call. Took forever to try to get very simple questions answered, like "Is the phone # used to phone me a legit phone # for your company?" And if it is, "Why no answer when I phone back?" Struck me as a total bunch of idiots, including the manager to whom I asked to be transferred. And on top of that, everything I said to said manager came back in an echo so you could barely understand why they or I said.NCB Management Services, Inc. Response

Terrible, they are horrible. They do not identify themselves properly. Call from 13 different numbers each day. After 8 and 9pm even!!!! If you need to contact someone, MAIL A LETTER!! I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO BE SENT THE **** SO I COULD CONTACT THEM!! If I cannot verify who you are, I'm not setting myself for fraud. Period.NCB Management Services, Inc. Response

This company would not provide any documentation for the debt then I was told I owe a $39k balance on a car which balance left was $3900. I sent them proof of what was left to pay and advised I would pay that amount and they did not want to take the money. I advised them that is illegal to ask me for an amount I do not owe. Section 623 (a)(6) if a furniture learns that it is has furnished in accurate information due to identity death, it must notify each consumer reporting agency of the correct information and must thereafter report only complete and accurate information. I've received a letter stating their systems were hacked and my Social security number was 'involved'. After reading the rest of the letter, it appears to be a sales pitch by using scare tactics. Who is NCB Management Services? Who do they work and how did they obtain my SS number? The letter I have states none of this.NCB Management Services, Inc. Response

Their system was currently hacked and they are refusing to tell their consumers about their personal information being breached and gone. They can't access anything and unwilling to communicate that, instead leaving people scrambling hoping their info is protected.
