I have been a victim of identity theft and even upon discovering this with some people stealing mail in my neighborhood I am still held accountable for accounts that I did not open. I have filed a complaint/report with the post master to curb my mail from being sent to all of these fraudulent addresses. Now I am dealing with creditors even though overwhelming proof has been given already. I also found these accounts that I believe not mine:Acct name: FORGE/PSTC acct no. *****************date opened 09/01/2021 balance $00.00 Acct name: FORGE/PSTC acct no. *****************date opened 11/01/2019 balance $00.00 I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with:Company: FORGE FKA PSTC Address: ************************************************* Tel No: ************** Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint together with dispute letter sent to the bureaus and the authorization for release of information. I also filed complaints thru CFPB. Please delete these accounts from my credit report at once. In response to your letter dated January 28, 2023 regarding the above-mentioned complaint, please allow this letter to serve as documentation that Forge Federal Credit Union responded to said complaint and takes these complaints very seriously.
I am not at liberty to discuss specifics due to the sensitive nature of such information.
My colleague, Kemi O******, spoke directly with the Complainant, ***** ******. *** ****** opened his account at Forge on November 15, 2013 and has been an active member since he joined. He continues to maintain an active deposit and lending relationship with the credit union.
This complaint is unfounded and I respectfully ask that the complaint be removed from our record. Thank you for your consideration.

The bank allowed customers to over draft my account each day until the account was close to $1,000 overdrawn. The bank paid three transaction, yet I was charged $37 for almost twenty transactions. I attempted to close the account for times. This company is unprofessional, discusses bank information with my co-workers, and refuse to close the account. The staff ***** is also rude. My account for five years and never overdrawn, could have been closed but instead they would rather keep the account open after I stated that I moved too far from the bank. They still refused to close the account and waive the fees. I agreed to pay what the bank had paid for me, which was three accounts and to waive the other fifteen to twenty transactions. After a week of calling I let it go because this company would want this account to go on my credit or pay a huge debt that the bank didn't pay for. Its all overdraft fees. The company didn't even offer to overdrafts to stop. I refuse to bank with a private company that tells people my business. I'm looking to speak with the CEO. This could've been a simple close of the account. It will be a long process. I will have to wait to hit my credit and then deal with it. I spoke to three reps and they all had the same attitude. The rep **** told another customer my business. There's a woman working there telling former co-workers my business. This is not a good bank. The account was ran 19 times.Business response
